Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at MyVeCard. This policy outlines Your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and replacements for our digital services and physical NFC devices.


1. Digital Services (Subscriptions)


  • Trial Period: If we offer a free trial, You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel Your subscription at any time through Your Account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Since digital services are consumed immediately, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused months.


2. Physical Devices (MyVeCard NFC Cards)


Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, the following rules apply:


  • Personalized Goods: In accordance with UK and EU consumer laws (and standard US commercial practice), the right to cancel or receive a refund does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., cards printed with Your logo, name, or unique QR code).
  • Production Phase: Once an order is sent to our global virtual printing partners, it is considered "In Production" and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

3. Replacement Policy for Defective Items


We stand behind the quality of our technology. If Your MyVeCard is non-functional:


  • Reporting: You must notify us of any technical defect or non-functioning NFC chip within 14 days of receiving the device.
  • Verification: We may ask for a brief video or photo evidence to verify the malfunction.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will trigger a new production order at no cost to You. We aim to ship Your replacement via our local printing partners within 14 business days.


4. Shipping and Lost Packages


  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the Customer.
  • Lost in Transit: If an order is lost by the carrier, we will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement.


5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)


For non-personalized items only (e.g., a "blank" generic card), consumers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel within 14 days. However, as MyVeCard is primarily a personalized service, this right is generally waived once customization begins.
