Thank you for choosing MyVeCard. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we manage the production and delivery of our physical NFC devices across the globe.
1. Global Fulfillment Model (Virtual Printers)
To ensure the fastest delivery and minimize our carbon footprint, MyVeCard utilizes a Local Printing Model.
- Once Your order is confirmed and the design is finalized, it is automatically routed to the nearest Virtual Printer partner in our global network (UK, EU, USA, and other regions).
- This allows us to produce Your card locally, significantly reducing shipping times and international transit issues.
2. Processing and Production Times
- Digital Profile: Your digital business card is available immediately upon account creation.
- Physical Device Production: Personalized cards (with logos, names, etc.) typically require 2–5 business days for printing and quality control before being handed over to the courier.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on Your location.
- Domestic Shipping (UK, USA, EU): Typically 3–7 business days after production.
- International Shipping: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on the local postal service and customs.
Please note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once Your card has been printed and dispatched, You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available) to follow the progress of Your delivery.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For orders fulfilled within Your region (e.g., UK to UK, USA to USA), no customs duties will apply.
- If an order must be shipped across international borders, the Customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
The Company is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer at checkout. If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect Your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement according to our Refund and Replacement Policy.
